Assess Gestational sac -Transvaginal US
- No Gestational Sac - Evaluate for Ectopic Pregnancy
- Gestational Sac present - Follow for Threatened Abortion
Assess cervix by speculum exam:
- Dilated = Inevitable abortion.
- Not dilated = Threatened abortion.
